I spent it in solidarity with myself. 👑

I completely stepped away from social media, the notifications, the expectations, the opinions, and all of the outside noise. No distractions. No performance. No need to be seen.

Just me, my spirit, my thoughts, my peace, and my presence.

And honestly? It was the greatest fast I have ever experienced.

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give yourself is the gift of silence the space to hear what your soul has been trying to say beneath all the noise.

This birthday wasn’t about being celebrated by the world.

It was about celebrating myself.

About honoring the woman I am, the woman I’ve become, and the woman I’m still becoming.

I stepped away so I could return to myself.
