Affirmation bags

I have been working on these over the holidays, I have a medium sized gift bag full. I plan on taking them with me to the VA next week when I go see my mental health provider. Sometimes after therapy you are so emotionally drained and I think being able to have a grab bag of these to pick will help. I'm a firm believer in fate and whatever card you pick is the affirmation you need to take with you when you leave. Making these is also good therapy for me.
