This fast jaw input stimulates alertness without relying on caffeine. For a safe dopamine boost, rewatching a familiar, favorite video or show helps me feel enjoyment without taxing my limited energy bandwidth. Humming to stimulate the vagus nerve is also a game-changer. This simple habit fosters calm and flow, helping me maintain steadier energy levels during demanding tasks. Finally, starting each day with a "morning check-in"—briefly grounding myself through mindful breathing or noting how I feel—sets a baseline that helps prevent later crashes.
