Oh my gosh, I just have to share all about my recent New York City adventure! If you're planning a trip or just dreaming of one, you absolutely have to experience these iconic spots. My camera roll is overflowing, so here's a little rundown of my favorite moments and tips. First up, those incredible NYC skyline views! I spent ages at one of the city's amazing high-rise observation decks, like the one with the cool reflective surfaces that make for the most surreal photos. Seriously, seeing the Empire State Building shimmering right there, with the whole city sprawling out beneath you, is an unforgettable experience. I even saw someone rocking a comfy black sweatshirt with '98' on it, perfectly dressed for a slightly breezy but absolutely stunning view. My advice? Go just before sunset so you can catch both daylight and the city lights sparkle! Then there's the electric energy of Times Square. It’s exactly as wild and wonderful as you imagine! The large digital billboards are absolutely mesmerizing, and yes, I totally posed with some of the famous costumed characters – it’s a quintessential Times Square moment, even if it's a bit touristy. Just remember to agree on a tip beforehand! It’s a sensory overload in the best way possible, so take it all in. A definite highlight was my walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. The views of the Manhattan skyline from there are simply unparalleled. I loved watching the ferries glide by and seeing all the other pedestrians enjoying the classic NYC experience. Wear comfy shoes because you'll want to walk the whole way and stop for a million photos. It's a great way to feel connected to the city's history. And of course, no NYC trip is complete without seeing the Statue of Liberty! Taking the ferry out to Liberty Island was so much fun. Getting up close to Lady Liberty was truly inspiring – I even channeled my inner child and made a playful face in front of her. It’s such a powerful symbol, and the views back towards Manhattan are fantastic too. Between all these sights, I made sure to grab some classic New York pizza and explore some of the vibrant neighborhoods. My overall impression? NYC is pure magic. Every corner holds a new surprise, and the energy is infectious. If you're looking for an adventure that combines stunning architecture, incredible views, and unforgettable moments, put New York City at the top of your list. I'm already dreaming of my next visit!
