Things I’m Actively Working on Getting Better At
Lately, I’ve been focusing on becoming a better version of myself, not perfect, just more intentional 🤍
From setting healthy boundaries, managing my time, and learning to be kinder to myself, this list is a reminder that growth happens one step at a time.
Progress over perfection, always 🌱✨
Improving oneself is truly a journey that unfolds day by day through intentional efforts. One area I’ve found incredibly impactful is becoming confident in my current skill level rather than striving for unattainable perfection. Accepting where you are helps you to stay motivated while appreciating progress. Setting healthy boundaries is another key practice. I’ve learned to say "no" to things that drain my well-being and instead focus on activities and relationships that uplift me. This includes spending more time outside in nature, which really refreshes my mind and body. Time management combined with giving myself proper breaks has been essential in reducing burnout. Allowing space for rest keeps me productive and more mindful about how I spend my day. It also helps in sticking to habits that truly make a difference, rather than just being busy. Expressing emotions openly without bottling them up has helped me heal and connect better with loved ones. Acknowledging and forgiving myself for mistakes frees me from harsh self-judgment and encourages continuous personal growth. Lastly, taking care of my skin and body rounds out this self-growth journey. Small acts of self-care not only nourish my physical health but also reinforce the message that I deserve kindness and attention. Each step, however small, contributes to becoming a resilient, more intentional version of myself.
