Self-Care IN, Lazy Me OUT!

#insandouts I started actually taking supplements daily in December. I wasnt taking all of these. Just D3, the trace minerals, lymph clear and shilajit. After about 3 weeks of being consistent with it I decided I'm going to add more to help with symptoms I wanted to fix. Self- Care for me is definitely IN for 2026 and my old habits of putting things off is done. I already feel so much better just adding slowly to a better, healthier routine!

What is your favorite Self-Care routine?

1/12 Edited to

... Read moreStarting a daily supplement routine can feel overwhelming, but breaking it down step-by-step works wonders. I began by adding just a few essentials: Vitamin D3 for immune support and bone health, trace minerals to fill nutritional gaps, lymph clear to aid detoxification, and shilajit known for its energy-boosting properties. After just three weeks of consistency, I noticed notable improvements in my energy levels and overall mood. In my experience, the key is to introduce supplements gradually rather than all at once. This approach allows you to listen to your body and adjust based on how you feel. Also, pairing supplements with other self-care habits—such as staying hydrated, prioritizing sleep, and managing stress through mindfulness—helps maximize their benefits. The image shows various products from Zuma Nutrition, highlighting natural ingredients and formulas designed for immune health, hormonal balance, and urinary tract support. These align well with my focus on holistic health—addressing not just physical symptoms but overall wellbeing. Consistency was the biggest challenge initially. I overcame this by setting reminders and keeping my supplements visible on my kitchen counter. Over time, taking these has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine, replacing old habits of procrastination with proactive self-care. For anyone looking to improve their health in 2026, I suggest starting with foundational supplements like D3 and minerals, then experimenting with additions like lymphatic support or adaptogens such as shilajit. Remember, the goal isn’t perfection but progress. Celebrate small wins and listen closely to your body's signals. What’s your favorite self-care routine? Sharing tips and experiences can make the journey enjoyable and sustainable for everyone committed to feeling their best.

POV: you’re not lazy… you’re burnt out 🤍 Nobody talks about this enough. Not the exhaustion you can sleep off… but the kind that lives in your body, your mind, your decisions. You don’t need more motivation. You don’t need to “push through.” You need: – quiet – space – less pressure
