私がカフェラテネイル（カフェオレネイル）をセルフでやる時に、失敗しにくくて「それっぽく」見えるコツをまとめます。淡いクリーム色ネイルが好きだけど、のっぺり見えが心配…という人にもおすすめです。 1) まずは“ミルク多め”のベースを作る ラテっぽさの正体は、白ではなく“少しだけベージュが混ざったクリーム色”。ベースは透け感がある方が自然に見えるので、クリーム系カラーを1度塗り→ムラが気になれば薄く2度塗り、くらいがちょうど良かったです。自爪の色が透ける程度だと一気にカフェ感が出ます。 2) コーヒー色は少量を「先端 or 根元」に置く カフェネイルで一番やりがちなのが、濃い色を広く塗って重たくなること。私はココア/ブラウン系を“3点置き”にして、先端か根元のどちらかに少し寄せます。端に濃い色があると輪郭が締まって、淡色でもぼやけません。 3) 境目はミキシングジェルで“溶かす” ニュアンスが苦手でも、ミキシングジェルを挟むと境目がふわっとなじんでくれます。筆圧を強くせず、表面をなでるだけでOK。混ぜすぎるとただのベージュになるので、2〜3回ふわっと触って「まだマーブル感が残ってる」くらいで止めるのが私の成功ラインでした。 4) ぷっくりはアイシングで“氷み”を足す アイスカフェラテっぽくしたい時は、アイシングジェルでむにゅっとした形を1〜2本だけ作ると急に可愛くなります。全部の指に入れず、ポイントにすると大人っぽさも残せました。固すぎず緩すぎないテクスチャだと形が作りやすいです。 5) 仕上げはノンワイプトップでツヤ命 ラテ系はツヤが出ると一気に“飲み物感”が増します。ノンワイプトップでつるんと仕上げるのが好き。もし表面の凹凸が気になるなら、薄くトップ→硬化→もう一度トップの2回でガラスみたいになりました。 6) 上品に寄せたいなら微粒子マグも相性◎ 同系色のマグネット（微粒子）を1本だけ入れると、カフェオレネイルがぐっと大人っぽくまとまります。ギラギラより、繊細に光るタイプがラテカラーと相性良かったです。 セルフでも「濃い色は少量」「端に寄せて締める」「ミキシングでなじませる」を守るだけで、カフェラテネイルはかなり作りやすいデザインだと思います。
