ここからは「はけまろ 使い方」「硬化しない？」「硬化時間」「ピールオフ 長持ち」あたりで迷っている人向けに、私が実際にやっている手順とコツを追記します。 ■はけまろ（ピールオフベース）の基本の使い方 1) 下準備：甘皮周りを軽く整えて、表面の油分・水分をしっかりオフ。私は洗った直後より、手が完全に乾いてからの方が持ちが安定しました。 2) ベース塗布：はけが塗りやすいので、薄めに均一を意識。厚塗りすると「硬化したのに中がやわい？」みたいな違和感が出やすい気がします。 3) 硬化：ライトの出力で変わりますが、迷ったら“メーカー推奨＋少し長め”が安心。硬化後に表面を軽く触って、ぬるっと動く感じが強いなら時間を追加します。 4) カラー→トップ：別メーカーのトップでもいけますが、オフの時に相性でパキッと割れることがありました。なめらかに剥がしたいならベース・トップはライン使いがおすすめです。 ■「硬化しない」と感じるときのチェックポイント ・塗布量が多い（特に根元付近が溜まりやすい） ・ライトの出力不足／電池式の弱り ・指をライト奥まで入れられていない 私は“薄塗り→一度硬化→もう薄く重ねる”に変えたら安定しました。 ■長持ちさせるコツ（先端が1〜2wで欠ける対策） ・先端だけは念入りに油分除去（エタノールで拭く回数を増やす） ・ベースを先端にもしっかり回し込む（塗り漏れ防止） ・トップで先端を包む（エッジを塗る） ・よく手を使う日は、固めのトップ（アイシング系など）で先端だけ補強 これで「それ以外はびったり、全然浮いてこない」状態になりやすかったです。 ■オフ方法（ベタつき残り0%を狙う） 私は基本“何もつけずに端からやさしく起こして”剥がします。怖い人はお手持ちのエタノールを境目に少し含ませると、爪が無傷に近いままスルッといきやすいです。無理に一気に剥がさず、浮かせながら少しずつが安心。 剥がせるマニキュア感覚で気軽にしたいけど、ピールオフネイルの持ちも捨てたくない…という人は、まずこの手順で試してみてください。
