私が「通し番号（丸数字）」をExcelで作るときに、いちばんラクだった方法を補足します。結論、UNICHAR関数＋オートフィル（ドラッグ）でほぼ解決します。 ■ ①〜⑳を丸数字で通し番号にする（基本） A1に下の数式を入れて、下へドラッグするだけです。 =UNICHAR(ROWS($A$1:A1)+9311) ROWS($A$1:A1)が1,2,3…と増えるので、①②③…と連番になります。会議資料や手順書の番号付けが一瞬で終わって、手入力ミスも減りました。 ■ 「丸数字を100まで」にしたいときの考え方 注意点として、丸数字には“種類”があって、フォントや文字コードの都合で「①②…」の見た目で100までが常に揃うとは限りません。私の環境でも、⑳を超えると別の記号っぽく見えたり、表示が崩れることがありました。 そのため、100まで確実に通し番号にしたい資料では、私は次の代替をよく使います。 ・(1)〜(100)のように括弧付き数字で連番にする = "(" & ROWS($A$1:A1) & ")" これなら1〜100（それ以上も）安定して表示されます。 ・「①」風に見せたいけど崩れが怖い場合 PowerPointに貼る資料や社内共有で環境差が出そうなときは、(1)表記にしておくと安全でした。 ■ うまくいかない時のチェック（私が詰まったところ） ・セルの表示形式が「文字列」でも動きますが、見た目が崩れるときは標準に戻す ・ドラッグできない場合は、右下の小さい四角（フィルハンドル）をつかめているか確認 ・コピー＆貼り付けをするなら「値として貼り付け」にすると崩れにくい 通し番号は小さい作業に見えるけど、積み重なると地味に時間を取られるところ。数式で自動化して、保存して見返せるようにしておくと本当に楽になります。
