Read more私が「エクセルでToDoリストを作りたい」と思ったきっかけは、やることが増えるほど“見落とし”が増えて、結局メモやチャットを探し回る時間が増えたからです。紙の付箋も便利だけど、仕事だと共有や更新が面倒…。そこで、チェックボックス＋FILTERで未完了だけが見えるタスク管理表にしたら、毎朝の確認が一気に時短になりました。 まず表の作り方のコツは、ToDo（タスク名）と「完了」列をきちんと並べること。例：B列にToDo、C列に完了（チェックボックス）。チェックボックスは「挿入」タブから入れられます。チェックのON/OFFがTRUE/FALSEに連動するようにしておくと、関数側で扱いやすいです。 未完了だけを一覧で出すセル（たとえばE3）には、次の形で入れると便利でした。 =FILTER(ToDoリストの範囲, チェックボックスの範囲=FALSE, "なし") この「"なし"」が地味に助かって、全部終わった日もエラー表示にならずスッキリします。 運用してみて良かった点をもう少し。 ・「残りのToDo」欄を別に作ると、会議前や終業前の見直しが秒速 ・完了にチェックを入れるだけで未完了一覧から消えるので、更新がラク ・上司やチームに共有するときも、未完了だけが見えるので説明が簡単 さらに実務で使いやすくする小ワザもあります。 1) 見出しを固定：表示→ウィンドウ枠の固定で、スクロールしてもToDoが迷子になりません。 2) 期限や担当列を追加：ToDoの横に期限・優先度・担当を置くと、タスク管理表として完成度が上がります。 3) 条件付き書式：期限が今日以前なら赤、などを設定すると“急ぎ”がひと目で分かります。 「エクセル todoリスト」で探している人は、作り方だけじゃなく“続けやすさ”も大事だと思います。私の場合は、毎朝3分で未完了一覧を確認→終わったらチェック、のルールにしたら定着しました。最初はシンプルに、慣れてきたら期限や優先度を足していくのがおすすめです。
