Working out during pregnancy can be a game-changer for both physical and mental well-being. At 15 weeks pregnant, many women find their energy beginning to return after the challenges of the first trimester. In my own experience, gradually reintroducing better workouts helped me feel stronger and more connected to my body. It’s important to listen to your body’s signals and adapt exercises as needed — prenatal yoga, walking, and gentle strength training are all great options that keep you safe and healthy. From a personal perspective, staying active while pregnant offers benefits beyond just physical health. It improves mood, reduces pregnancy-related discomforts like back pain, and prepares the body for labor and postpartum recovery. The key is choosing exercises tailored for pregnancy and consulting healthcare providers to ensure safety. Motivation also plays a big role. Reminding yourself that every movement is "strong for me, healthy for baby," as I like to say, can be uplifting. Plus, feeling "hot for husband" is a fun and empowering way to keep positivity alive during this transformative time. Ultimately, the journey back into fitness after a tough first trimester is about celebrating progress, no matter how small, and embracing the shared goal of health for both mother and child.
