I love back days .
Having a dedicated back day every Friday has been a game changer for my fitness journey. Focusing on the key muscles in the back not only improves posture but also enhances overall strength, which is essential for everyday activities and other workouts. I usually start with compound movements like deadlifts and pull-ups to activate large muscle groups, followed by targeted exercises such as bent-over rows and lat pulldowns to focus on the lats and rhomboids. It's important to maintain proper form to avoid injury and maximize muscle engagement. I also like to mix in some variations using resistance bands or different grips to keep the muscles guessing and promote growth. Consistency is key, so having a set day like Friday helps me stay disciplined and look forward to this workout session. Complementing my back workouts with adequate rest and nutrition has helped me see real progress over time. Including plenty of protein and staying hydrated are musts in my routine.
