Life of a INFJ after work
Little things after work that keep me going ✨

Being an INFJ and working a desk-bound job came with its own challenges for me—especially staying energized and maintaining a positive mindset after work. From 6 to 9 pm, I dedicate time to a 'reset' routine that honors my introverted nature and helps me transition smoothly from work mode to personal time. My evening usually starts with some quiet reflection or journaling in my digital diary, which helps me process the day's events and tune into my feelings—something I highly recommend for fellow INFJs. Engaging in this mindful practice not only grounds me, but also fuels my creativity. Physical activity is important too. Since my job requires me to stay mostly seated, I make it a point to stretch or do light exercises after work to stay fit. A balanced diet supports this effort, so I prepare simple, wholesome meals that nourish my body without much hassle. Self-care plays a big role in my routine. Whether it's a soothing skincare ritual or a calming hobby like reading or listening to music, these gentle habits help me unwind deeply. For INFJs prone to burnout, carving out this personal time is essential for recovery and growth. Overall, my after-work routine is a blend of intentional self-care, quiet moments, and movement—all tailored to help me thrive as an introverted trainer navigating a busy work life in Singapore. I hope sharing this personal experience inspires others to find what truly resets them after a long day.
