RV DEEP CLEAN & YAP 😫🖤 Sorry I’ve been MIA yall, been going through itttt
Phew! That RV deep clean was definitely a challenge, especially when life throws so much your way. I know many of you can relate to those moments where you just feel like you're surviving rather than thriving. For me, navigating life as a mama of 3 in our RV, dealing with everything from unexpected power outages to the chaos of new puppies, has been a real journey. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, and sometimes, the only thing you can control is your immediate environment. That's where the deep clean came in. When I talk about needing to 'get rid of' stuff or even 'start over,' it's not always about physically throwing everything away. Sometimes it's about mentally decluttering and figuring out how to downsize your responsibilities and expectations to make room for what truly matters. I've learned that pushing through those tough times, even when you feel like you're getting 'absolutely demolished' by comments or circumstances, is key. Maintaining a positive outlook, even when you're just 'here surviving at this point,' makes a huge difference. One thing that really helps me reset is tackling those chores that have piled up. A clean space often leads to a clearer mind. For anyone else living in an RV or small space, you know how quickly things can accumulate. My strategy for deep cleaning involves a lot of multi-purpose cleaners and a 'one in, one out' rule, especially with kids' toys and clothes. It’s not just about tidiness; it’s about creating a functional, peaceful environment where everyone can thrive. For the RV specifically, I swear by micro-fiber cloths for dust and grime, and a good all-purpose spray for surfaces. Don’t forget to tackle those hidden spots – under the dinette seats, behind the toilet, and inside cabinets are prime spots for dust bunnies and forgotten items. A portable vacuum is a lifesaver for quick clean-ups! And for those stubborn spots, a good scrub brush and a little elbow grease can work wonders. And on the topic of mental health – it’s so important to protect your peace. Social media can be a double-edged sword, right? While I adore everyone who is so supportive, it's crucial to set boundaries. If a comment or interaction isn't serving your well-being, it's okay to delete or block. Your peace of mind is priceless. I’ve found that even dedicating just 15-30 minutes to a small cleaning task can significantly boost my mood and sense of accomplishment. It’s a tangible way to feel in control when other parts of life feel chaotic. Remember, there's always 'light at the end' of even the toughest times. It’s all about staying positive and pushing through, focusing on those small wins, like a sparkling clean RV after a long week and acknowledging that you're not lying about the struggles you face. Finding joy in these small victories and connecting with a supportive community makes all the difference when you're trying to 'stay positive and pushing through.'
