... Read moreIn the world of beauty and skincare, it's common to discover products that just don't meet expectations. In this article, I dive into several items that I will not be repurchasing. For instance, Supergoop's Unseen Sunscreen, though popular, felt oily on my skin and even caused breakouts despite its promising SPF 40 protection. Similarly, Colourpop's Feather Effect Eyebrow Enhancer Wax was difficult to work with, leaving my brows looking messy and unrealistic. Another product worth mentioning is the Elf Squeeze Me Lip Balm, which, despite its enticing scent, failed to provide a smooth application and often clumped on my lips. Despite the hype around it, the Elf Brow Lift didn't hold my brows well and left a tacky residue. Additionally, I found the Milk High Rise Mascara did not deliver the volume I anticipated: it clumped and left my lashes looking unkempt. L.A. Girl's Eye Lux Eyeshadow also disappointed, featuring shades that didn’t suit me and flawed pigmentation that resulted in significant fallout. Finally, Byoma’s Balancing Face Mist, while advertised as a skin savior with its tri-ceramide complex, disappointed with its thin spray that felt ineffective. I believe sharing these experiences can help others make informed decisions about their beauty products. Remember, makeup and skincare are deeply personal, and what doesn't work for me might be another person's holy grail. However, it's always good to know what to expect!
