Stupid Simple Men’s Morning Routine 👇

For years, I woke up feeling groggy in the morning. No matter how much I slept, I still felt drained. Turns out, the way I started my day (and even how I slept the night before) was the real issue.

Here’s my simple, no-BS morning routine that actually helps me wake up feeling awake:

💧 Step 1: Hydrate with mineral water

You lose a ton of water while you sleep, and dehydration can make you feel sluggish and foggy. Instead of chugging coffee first thing, drink a glass of water to wake up your system. Add a pinch of mineral salt (I use Baja Gold or Celtic Salt) if you want to take it up a notch.

☕ Step 2: Choose clean coffee

I really, really look forward to my morning cup of coffee. But most coffee is loaded with mold and toxins that can cause brain fog, energy crashes, and gut issues. Switching to a high-quality, mold-free coffee made a huge difference in how I felt. If coffee tends to make you jittery or tired, this could be why.

☀️ Step 3: Get morning sunlight

Before reaching for your phone, step outside—even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes. Morning sunlight tells your body it’s time to wake up, helps regulate your circadian rhythm, and boosts dopamine (which means better energy and mood all day). If it’s cloudy, just getting outside in natural light still helps.

❄️ Bonus: Sleep in a cool room

The real secret to waking up refreshed? It starts the night before. Sleeping in a cool room (around 65°F) helps you get into deep, restorative sleep, so you actually wake up feeling rested instead of like you got hit by a truck.
