Someone's shedding!
Walked in my room to see my Crested Gecko Gremlin shedding!
Fun Fact: Crested Geckos eat their shed to get nutrients back so it's kind of rare to see them shed because there's not usually evidence left over.
Obviously you can tell when they're about to shed (dull color, lethargic movements, loss of appetite etc.) and therefore you notice when they've shed after the fact but usually they will hide away to shed because it's one of the moments when they feel most vulnerable.
I've had my girl for close to a year and a half now and I've only spotted her shedding about five times (for reference babies typically shed weekly, adults shed once a month and Gremlin is an adult)
So it's always a bit of a shock to spot her shedding. This is the first time I've seen her on the ground shedding, she usually likes being on her hanging moss hide to shed
