1.) I made a vision board to have a clear visual representation of how I wanted to transform my life.

2.) I started a podcast called self-aware on Spotify where I allow myself to be completely authentically me. I’m challenging myself not to be afraid to speak my mind to reclaim my voice✊🏾

3.) I started reading books to reprogram my mind into the fully evolved person I believe I can be.

4.) Held myself accountable for making my dreams a reality and finally put out my E.P.!!🎊🎉🎉 Birth of Blu by Ryl Blu out on all streaming platforms.

Sometimes, just writing down "healing things I did to help recenter and find myself again" acts as a powerful reminder of my progress. I also started practicing self-affirmations, explicitly declaring my worth and capabilities. This simple act can truly reprogram your mindset, fostering a stronger sense of self-love and confidence. If you're struggling, don't shy away from seeking professional support; exploring therapy can offer invaluable tools and perspectives for navigating complex emotions and past experiences. Nourishing Your Physical Self: Re-centering isn't just about what's happening internally; my physical well-being plays a huge role in my overall stability. I've committed to a healthy diet, focusing on nourishing my body with wholesome foods. Combining this with a consistent fitness routine, aiming for muscle gain, has not only boosted my energy but also significantly improved my mental clarity. It's amazing how much clearer your mind feels when your body feels strong and cared for. I also prioritize regular doctor checkups because being proactive about physical health is a foundational step to feeling grounded. And on a self-care note, investing in skin care and hair care routines makes me feel pampered and put-together, which, for me, is an act of self-love. Cultivating a Fulfilling Lifestyle & Spiritual Connection: My journey to recenter also led me to explore new facets of my lifestyle and spiritual side. I've started dedicating time to self-dates, treating myself to experiences that bring me joy, whether it's exploring a new cafe or spending an afternoon reading in a park. Engaging in hobbies I genuinely love, like painting or learning a new skill, helps me tap into my creative energy and provides a wonderful escape. I’ve also become more intentional about aligning with my highest frequency, which sometimes involves practicing shadow work – acknowledging and integrating parts of myself I might have previously ignored. Dreaming of luxury living isn't just about material possessions; for me, it's about creating a tranquil, beautiful environment around me, including my own place, and experiencing the world through travel. Embracing Financial Wellness: While often overlooked, cultivating financial wellness has been surprisingly grounding. Understanding financial literacy, setting goals to build wealth, and making progressive investments has brought a sense of security and freedom. Knowing I'm actively working towards a stable future allows me to feel more secure and present in the now, which is a powerful part of being recentered. This holistic approach, from mental clarity to physical strength and financial peace, truly solidifies that feeling of being completely "in tune" with myself. Remember, it's a continuous journey, but every small step makes a difference.
