Lunch – [sweet potato bowl w/ tofu, veg & seeds]
Dinner – [cannellini beans + avocado + tomatoes]
Snack – [non-diary yogurt + blueberries + hemp granola]
I try to keep my meals colorful, cozy, and full of fiber — because gut health = mental health 🌈🧠
