私が「plus eau メロウシャンプー」と「plus eau treatment（メロウトリートメント）」を選んだ理由は、パサつき・毛先の引っかかりが気になって“さらさら系なのに補修もしたい”と思ったから。結論、軽さは残しつつ指通りが上がる感じで、ダメージ毛の“絡まりストレス”が減りました。 まずシャンプーは、テクスチャーがとろっとしていて髪に広げやすいタイプ。予洗いをしっかりしてから使うと、少量でも泡立ちが良くて、泡が細かいので摩擦が起きにくい印象でした。洗っている最中から表面がつるっとする感覚があって、きしみやすい毛先でも手触りが変わるのが分かりやすいです。 トリートメント（plus eau treatment）は、こっくりしすぎないのに滑らかで、髪の中間〜毛先にのばすと“とろける”ようになじみました。私はダメージが出やすい毛先は少し多め、根元は付けないようにして重さを調整。置き時間は1〜3分でもまとまりが出やすかったですが、乾燥が強い日は5分くらい置くとしっとり感が増しました。 香りはホワイトフローラル＆ペアーで、甘さと清潔感がバランス良い系。個人的には翌日までふわっと残るのが嬉しいポイントでした（香りが強めが苦手な人は量を控えめにすると良さそう）。 おすすめしたいのは、カラーや熱で髪がパサついて“さらさらにしたいけど広がるのはイヤ”という人。逆に、しっとり重ための質感が最優先の人は、オイルやミルクを併用して保湿を足すと満足度が上がると思います。 買える場所は、LOFTやPLAZA、マツモトキヨシなどのバラエティショップ・ドラッグストアで見かけました。ボトルは450mLで、毎日使う前提でもコスパは悪くない印象。迷っているなら、まずシャンプー＆トリートメントをラインで使うと、指通りなめらかさやさらさら感の変化が一番分かりやすいです。
