「日光でプール付きホテルを探してる」「子連れで気兼ねなく遊べる？」って人に向けて、私が行って感じた“事前に知っておくとラク”なポイントをまとめます。 まずプール目的なら、温水の屋内プールがあるのが本当に助かりました。天気や季節に左右されにくいので、到着した日も翌日も“空いた時間にサクッと”入れます。水着で入れる温泉プール「おぷーろ」は、温泉×プールのいいとこ取りで、子どもはもちろん大人もテンション上がるやつ。更衣室〜プールまでの動線は混みやすいので、タオルや子どもの着替えは多めに持って行くと安心でした。 子連れ目線でありがたかったのは、プール以外の選択肢が多いところ。無料で遊べるキッズパーク系のスペースがあると、チェックイン前後や「今日はプール飽きた！」の日にも逃げ道が作れます。ゲームセンターや駄菓子コーナーもあって、“ホテル内だけで1日回せる”感覚でした。 そして食事。検索でも多い「日光きぬ川ホテル三日月 1泊○食」系の期待は超えました。11〜16時のウェルカムランチ（ビュッフェ）があると、移動で遅めの昼になっても助かるし、子どもがぐずりにくい。夕食・朝食がしっかりしてるのに、21時以降に夜食があるのも地味に神でした。早寝の子は夕食で完結、夜更かし組は夜食で“もうひと楽しみ”って使い分けできます。 予約のコツとしては、週末は価格が上がりやすいので、平日や日程をずらせるならかなりお得。部屋タイプで快適さが変わるので、プール目当ての家族は「移動しやすい位置」や「荷物を広げやすい広さ」を優先するとストレスが減りました。 最後に持ち物。水着・ラッシュガード・サンダルは必須、子ども用の浮き輪やアームヘルパーがあると安心。プール後は冷えやすいので羽織ものもあると◎。鬼怒川温泉で“プールも温泉もごはんも”全部取りしたいなら、かなり満足度高いホテルでした。
