At the time I was aware I was large , pushing 300 lbs but I didn’t think I was “that big”
I didn’t notice how much Robert had gained since we 1st got together either .
I’m so fortunate and thankful we were both able to get gastric bypass.
Seriously it has CHANGED OUR LIVES
and not just in the obvious surgery sense .
This is not the “easy” way out by any means and thankfully neither of us have had to deal with negativity associated with surgery.
We have a TOOL if we don’t use the TOOL properly it will fail us !
We have to watch what we eat for the rest of our lives we can’t eat sugar ever again or we are at risk for dumping syndrome “both ends sounds like what you think lol “ we are on vitamins for life we can’t wake up one day and decide to be done this is FOREVER .
