Marshalls & Target Haul! 🛍️🌸

a maintenance replenish was long and overdue but here are my goodies! 🛍️

I am getting back into maintenance care gradually as research progresses and wanted to put some items to the test!

Target

DRY BRUSHING

exfoliant that removes dead skin promoting smooth & soft skin , boosts circulation , supports lymphatic drainage and reduces appearance of cellulite. after dry brushing i showered exfoliated and moisturized with the eos body lotion on the body and nivea on the feet to lock in a deep moisturizer as it is really cold where i am right now😵‍💫.

Eos Body lotion:

i haven't stopped smelling myself since putting this on!! a classic vanilla smell with texture that is light but had to put alittle more than my usual amount of lotion on

Nivea Body Lotion:

thicker texture and loveeee the scent , a powder smell that visibly shows moisture and absorbs well , this specific type comes in 3 different sizes if you want a smaller size and great for those with dry to severely dry skin . ive always been a fan of nivea and has always been in my lotion family 🤝.

Marshalls

Scalp Massager :

if you want a good scrub in the shower on hair wash day , consider buying a scalp massager ! not only does it stimulate hair growth & strengthen hair roots but reduces dandruff and improves product absorption

Gua Sha:

as someone new to gua shaing i am so excited to try this! similar to dry brushing but with smoother ends , using this tool can improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage and enhance skin elasticity

Tongue Scrapper:

if you're not using a tongue scraper, that could be the cause of your bad breath ! brushing your tongue BEFORE you brush your teeth can improve overall breath remove left bacteria from foods and sugary drinks and the color of your tongue. remember the order! ( floss, brush tongue , brush teeth , mouthwash )

Dermaplane Razors: i used the straight type razors for my first time dermoblading and didnt like the struggle of angling the blade correctly :( so after doing some research someone recommended getting blades with a ergonomic grip! this improves comfort precision and avoids hand fatigue during shaving
