私がドンキホーテで見つけた「毛穴モップ」は、鼻の黒ずみや角栓取りを“ごっそり”系でケアしたい人向けの、3STEP方式の鼻パックでした。箱に「角栓除去」「保湿」「3ステップで本気の毛穴ケア」みたいに書いてあって、期待値が上がるタイプ。 まず使い方はシンプルで、時間配分も決まっているので迷いにくいです。STEP1が5分で「皮脂をキレイに」。私はここでじんわり温かさを感じました。いきなり剥がす毛穴パックより、先に皮脂をゆるめる工程があるのが安心ポイント。STEP2が10分で「汚れを取る」鼻用シート。ここがいわゆる角栓取りのメインで、鼻にしっかり密着させると満足感が出やすいです。STEP3が5分で「毛穴ケア」。最後に保湿しながら肌を落ち着かせる工程なので、パック後のつっぱりが気になる人にも合いそうだなと思いました。 やってみて感じたコツは3つ。1つ目は、事前にぬるま湯で洗顔してから使うこと。皮脂がやわらかくなって、黒ずみケアの体感が上がりやすいです。2つ目は、STEP2のシートは小鼻のキワまで指で押さえて密着させること（浮くと取り残し感が出やすい）。3つ目は、終わった後の保湿。STEP3があるとはいえ、私は化粧水→乳液（もしくはジェル）まで重ねると、毛穴の開きが目立ちにくく感じました。 あと、こういう「ドンキの毛穴パック」「毛穴クリーナー系」を使う時は、頻度を上げすぎないのも大事だと思います。私はまず週1くらいから様子見にしました。やりすぎると乾燥しやすい人もいるので、赤みが出たら間隔を空けるのが無難。 価格は3回分で1000円弱の感覚だったので、1回あたり約300円前後。ドンキで手に取りやすい毛穴ケアとしては試しやすいです。「ドンキで毛穴がなくなる」みたいな即効性を期待しすぎるより、“黒ずみ・角栓を定期的にリセットして、保湿で整える”アイテムとして使うと満足しやすいと思いました。
