Communication challenges often arise from differing energetic needs and communication styles among family members. For instance, children who are all manifestors may resist being told what to do because their energy craves independence and initiation. Observing these differences and adapting interactions accordingly can foster harmony and lessen conflicts. Parents can also recognize their child's defined spleen center, which governs intuition and feelings of safety. Supporting your child’s intuitive decision-making builds confidence and emotional security. Similarly, understanding that kids’ disagreements often stem from varied energetic requirements, not dislike, can transform how families navigate daily tensions. Finally, shedding limiting beliefs is a transformative part of human design coaching. Many get stuck in fear or doubt because they haven’t fully embraced their design. A coach’s role includes guiding clients to break free from these mental blocks and step into their authentic expression, empowering them to live more fulfilling and authentic lives.
