Hi everyone! Since this is my first post here, I wanted to share a bit more about my journey and what makes me, well, me! You already know I'm a pastry chef, but let me tell you, working in those 2 and 3 Michelin-starred kitchens in NYC was an experience unlike any other. The precision, the creativity, the relentless pursuit of perfection – it truly shaped my craft. I learned so much about transforming simple ingredients into edible works of art. It was intense, demanding, but incredibly rewarding. After years in that fast-paced environment, I decided to bring that same dedication to my own venture. Moving to Boston, I poured my heart into creating my micro bakery. It’s a dream come true to bake for my community, focusing on artisanal pastries and custom cakes. There’s something so special about seeing the joy on someone's face when they taste a dessert I’ve poured my passion into. I love experimenting with seasonal ingredients and classic techniques to create unique flavors that truly stand out. Beyond the kitchen, my life took another wonderful turn recently. I married my college sweetheart in the most breathtaking ceremony at Amanzoe in Greece. Imagine saying 'I do' with a stunning view of the Aegean Sea, bathed in a warm sunset sky, surrounded by ancient-inspired columns and a serene pool. Our outdoor wedding ceremony was absolutely magical, a true fairytale. I still dream about walking down the aisle in my white wedding gown, with a long train flowing behind me, feeling like I was in a movie. The photos, like the one where we stand as a newlywed couple, gazing at each other against that incredible backdrop, perfectly capture the essence of that day. And yes, I even got to wear a sparkling strapless dress for some of the celebrations! We spent our days exploring the distant landscape and enjoying every moment of our special time. This love for travel, especially luxury experiences, also led me to my role as a luxury travel advisor. I absolutely adore helping others plan their dream getaways, whether it’s a romantic honeymoon in Greece, a culinary tour through Europe, or a relaxing escape to a secluded resort. Drawing from my own experiences, I know what goes into making a trip truly unforgettable. I focus on personalized itineraries, unique accommodations, and ensuring every detail is perfect – from gourmet dining options to exclusive excursions. My days are a blend of creating delicious treats, planning incredible trips, and enjoying everyday life in Boston. I’m endlessly fascinated by fashion, always looking for pieces that blend elegance with comfort. Beauty routines are another passion, discovering products that make me feel my best. And of course, food isn't just my profession; it's a huge part of my lifestyle, from exploring new restaurants to cooking at home.
