My digital artwork pt1

You know that feeling when you're so deep into a drawing, you almost forget the world outside? That's literally me right now! I'm completely obsessed with my latest digital piece. It's been a journey, balancing life and art – sometimes it's "A current drawing that I'll finish after dinner" while catching up on NETFLIX, and other times it's a marathon session of creativity. Finding inspiration is such a crucial part of the process. I spend a lot of time browsing art online, looking at what other incredible digital artists are creating. Seeing diverse styles and techniques on platforms where artists share their work really pushes me. It’s not about copying, but about learning and letting those creative sparks ignite something new in my own "new drawing" ideas. Each artist has their unique voice, and exploring that helps me refine mine, often leading me to discover new ways to approach my own digital canvases. My go-to setup is usually my iPad with Procreate. There's something so liberating about digital art – the undo button is my best friend! My process usually starts with a rough sketch, then refining the lines, adding base colors, and finally, diving deep into shading and highlights. It's amazing to see a blank canvas transform into something vibrant. When I finally get to say "Finished my drawing!!!" it's such a rewarding feeling, a true moment of accomplishment. Sometimes, a piece feels like a real challenge, almost like you're trying to conquer a difficult level in a game. But that's where the growth happens! I love pushing myself to try new textures or master a particular lighting effect. It's that dedication that gets you into a true 'flow state' – that moment when everything clicks, and your ideas just seem to pour out. It's like finding the perfect "pixel flow" for your brushstrokes, where every decision feels intuitive and purposeful. These creative challenges, big or small, are what keep the passion alive and help me grow as an artist. Digital art isn't just about the final image; it's about the journey, the learning, and the pure joy of creation. Sharing it, even just a "part 1" of a work-in-progress, makes it even better.
