The glow up is so real 🥹

Seeing how my face and hair and look has changed over the year is actually insane to me! I had no idea I would look and feel so different now in comparison to how I felt in January. I personally feel like my confidence has grown so much throughout 2024 and I feel like I can see it in the photos too!

It was so hard to pick only one photo for each month! I feel like this year has been so busy and full of so many moments that I could do this trend six times over!

... Read moreIt’s truly amazing to look back and see how much can change in a year, just like I did with my own 2024 glow up pictures! If you're feeling inspired to start your own transformation journey, trust me, 'the glow up is real' and totally achievable for everyone. It's not just about outward appearance; it's deeply tied to how you feel inside. When I started noticing small changes around Feb or Mar, I realized how important consistency was. For me, my glow up wasn't a sudden overnight thing but a series of small, intentional steps. Here are a few things that really helped me, and might help you too: 1. Skincare & Haircare Routine: This is a big one! I finally committed to a consistent routine. In Jan, I started with simple cleanser and moisturizer. By Apr, I added serums and really focused on what my skin needed. For my hair, I found masks and oils that made a huge difference. Seeing the improvement month by month, especially when comparing photos from May to Aug, kept me motivated. 2. Prioritize Inner Wellness: A true glow up starts from within. I began journaling and practicing mindfulness daily, which significantly boosted my confidence. Focusing on positive affirmations and celebrating small victories throughout the year, from Jun to Sep, changed my entire outlook. It’s a journey of self-love and acceptance. 3. Embrace Movement: You don't need a crazy gym routine. I started with gentle walks in Jul and gradually incorporated more movement that I enjoyed. Whether it's dancing, hiking, or yoga, finding something you love makes it sustainable. By Oct, I felt stronger and more energetic than ever before. 4. Track Your Progress (Visually!): This is where it gets fun and super motivating! Just like my monthly photo collage, I highly recommend taking progress pictures regularly. You don't have to share them, but seeing your own transformation from Nov to Dec is incredibly powerful. Using apps like CapCut to piece together monthly clips can be a fun way to visualize your journey and remind yourself, 'the glow up is so real!' It's easy to forget how far you've come until you see it laid out visually. Remember, every glow up journey is unique. Don't compare your January to someone else's December. Focus on becoming the best version of *you*. It's about feeling confident, healthy, and happy in your own skin. You've got this! ✨
