Today I started my day with yoga on the farm with cows at Hilderbrand Dairy Farm in Junction City, and it was such a relaxing experience. There was something special about being surrounded by nature, slowing down, and getting grounded before the day began.

I also loved learning about the family’s history, meeting the incredible female farmer who helps run the farm, and browsing their store afterward. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

And yes—I tried root beer milk for the first time! It definitely wasn’t as bad as I expected and was actually pretty good.

This was such a unique and memorable experience, and I only wish they hosted this event more than once a year. I’m already looking forward to the next one!
