When Sadie gets extra barky and restless, my first thought is often “what does she need to do?”

Turns out… she usually just needs a nap.

Once I learned more about how much dogs are supposed to sleep during the day, a lot of things clicked. Sharing what I’ve learned in case it helps you too. 💤
