taking breaks....

glad my move is over for now

i have a cold yet again

so I'm trying to recover

heal and be in the moment

3/6 Edited to

... Read moreMoving can be both physically and emotionally draining, and it's common to feel run down after such a big life change. From personal experience, I've found that prioritizing rest and taking deliberate breaks helps immensely in recovering from the exhaustion that often follows a move. When dealing with a cold on top of everything, it becomes even more important to listen to your body and adjust your daily activities accordingly. In addition to resting, staying hydrated and nourishing your body with healthy meals can speed up the healing process. Simple activities like gentle stretching or short walks, if you're feeling up to it, can also improve circulation and boost your mood without overexerting yourself. Being present and embracing the moment, as you recover, allows you to acknowledge your body's needs and reduce stress, which is a key factor in overall wellness. Remember, healing is not a race—it’s okay to slow down and take things day by day. This approach has helped me regain energy and return to my routine feeling refreshed and renewed after stressful transitions.
