Does Light Therapy Actually Work??

My experience :3 I started using light therapy for about a week now. Every single day for 10 minutes. And I could soulfully say it does work! I know most people use red light for fine lines/wrinkles (my mask is multi color so I use purple light instead.) Which is basically the same, but has the benefits of blue light added to it, which is for acne prevention. I use purple light every day, and I noticed my lines have gone away, and my acne even tho minor has been clearing clearing up:)

I also tried greenlight, which is supposedly good for oily skin and anti-inflammation🫢 I was so shocked because I only started using green light for two days and my skin texture (for oil) has cleared up SOO MUCH! Products don’t really work for me and this is something I always struggled with however, I went through a whole day today without oily skin. It was just GLOW allll day ⭐️

First thoughts 💭: I was very skeptical. At first with light therapy. However, with the results I have already seen. I noticed that this really works!!

For those who are also skeptical, trust me, I highly recommend getting this mask if you want to improve your skin 🤗

Future Updates 🧚🏽: comment and like if you would like to see my updates on my skin using light therapy!! I would gladly show my real results and honest opinion🥰

... Read moreLight therapy has emerged as a popular skin treatment in recent years, promising various benefits for skin conditions such as acne, wrinkles, and oily skin. Utilizing different wavelengths of light, such as red, blue, and green, each color targets specific skin issues. Red light therapy is well-known for its ability to enhance collagen production, thereby reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It penetrates deep into the skin, promoting healing and rejuvenation. Blue light therapy, on the other hand, is recognized for its antibacterial properties that help combat acne-causing bacteria. By integrating blue light into routine skincare, individuals report clearer skin and a reduction in breakouts. Green light therapy boasts abilities that address oily skin and inflammation, making it particularly valuable for those suffering from oily or sensitive skin. While personal experiences may vary, many users have shared positive results with regular use of light therapy devices. Users often state an increased glow and improved skin texture after consistent application. It's essential for those considering light therapy to choose devices that suit their specific skin needs and to be patient, as visible results may take time. Regular use and proper skincare routine adjustments can optimize benefits and enhance skin health overall.
