When I think about being 18 in 2006, it was a time filled with new beginnings, discovering my passions, and figuring out who I wanted to become. The world seemed full of limitless possibilities. By the time I reached 28 in 2016, priorities started to shift—career paths became clearer, relationships held deeper meaning, and life’s responsibilities grew. Now, approaching 38 in 2026, I notice how experiences have shaped my outlook. There's a certain appreciation for time’s passage—realizing how important it is to cherish moments and maintain connections. It's also a reminder that personal growth never stops; every decade brings opportunities for learning and reflection. Reflecting on these age milestones reminds me to stay mindful and savor the journey, not just the destination. Sharing these thoughts feels very relatable to many—almost everyone can identify with the swift transition between these life stages. It motivates me to live intentionally and embrace change as it comes, understanding that while time does go by fast, each phase offers valuable lessons and memories that contribute to who we are.
