No Lights - No Sounds?

I know, I know, I know. It sounds scary. Nobody wants to be in the dark – I’m still afraid of it TBH. But when you’re in full control over the space, it does something different to you. It allows you to take control over your anxieties, but it’s also a very necessary step in order to get the full sensory deprivation experience. Your body needs to let go of everything that it’s processing outside of itself so that you can induce a more meditative like state. Sometimes that does come with a little bit of racing thoughts in the beginning and that is normal. The important thing is to kind of ride that wave it’ll only last a few minutes, and then it is a very ethereal experience beyond that. #sensorydeprivation #floatspa #feelingyouremotions
