My Back Hurts Too

Honestly – my back has been probably killing me for a year and a half now. I do float regularly. I sauna – I do my stretches – I work out – and it’s still freaking hurts.. “I just need to listen to a doctor” – sure, if one actually listened. Luckily we have Dr. Arneka who is doing a wellness workshop for Saha folks for their low back issues. Is this a personal request from from me? Most definitely.
