✨ 2024 ✨💪 45 lbs down total 🤯
Losing weight has literally been one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life….. and I’m still not done.
It’s crazy to see how much of transformation can be seen within time periods.
Yesterday one photo from 2021 and one from 2022 popped up on my Facebook memories. And it’s just an amazing transformation even if it’s just in my face.
I didn’t start working out in the gym until 2022 and only stuck with it for a bit then life took over.
It’s now 2024, I walk all three of my dogs (individually) a mile every other day. I drink way more water 💦 because man I was addicted to soda. (Now that’s been hard to fully give up but I switched to zero sugar hoping the taste will make me stop ….. hahaha I was wrong.)
It’s the little things I’ve been doing that’s allowed for me to start to truly lose weight.
I started my journey once again in November… and here I am now 45 lbs down total. I still have ways to go, but I’m more motivated then ever 🖤🔥

Embarking on a weight loss journey can be a challenging yet rewarding experience. In 2024, my commitment to shedding some pounds has yielded impressive results, with 45 lbs lost since November. This transformation is not just physical but also a mental shift towards healthier habits. One key insight from my journey is the importance of consistency. Walking my dogs individually for a mile every other day has not only improved my fitness but also provided quality time with my furry friends. Hydration played a crucial role as well; switching from soda to water has helped curb cravings and develop a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, documenting progress through photos has been motivational and allows reflection on how far I've come. Comparing images from 2021 to now reveals the visible changes, boosting my confidence. Embracing small changes like reducing sugar intake and incorporating more physical activity can lead to long-term success. Remember, every step counts, and staying motivated is essential, especially during setbacks. Fostering a supportive community, sharing experiences, and learning from others can further enhance one’s weight loss journey in 2024.

Congrats! Losing weight has been a lifelong struggle for me too. So happy you’re making progress. 💪
