hi hi i’m back guys this month of january TOOK IT OUT OF ME!!!! i also had covid for the 8th time 👄 a baddie will never get knocked down but i need to have a glow up bc january 2026 turned me uglier fr #glowup #selfcare #selflove #mentalheath #glowupjourney
Having faced COVID multiple times myself, I completely relate to how draining and challenging it can be both physically and mentally. January felt like an endless uphill battle, but it also became a catalyst for focusing on self-love and mental health. A glow up isn’t just about external changes; it’s about reclaiming your energy and confidence from the inside out. One thing that helped me was embracing bad b*tchery — not in a negative way, but as a mindset of resilience and self-assurance when life throws its worst at you. It's important to recognize and call out the mental and emotional 'bull$h*t' that can keep us stuck in negativity. Through journaling and daily affirmations, I started to untangle those toxic thoughts and made room for positivity. Incorporating new self-care routines, like gentle skincare that nourished my skin after COVID’s toll, and dedicating time for meditation and light exercise, made a big difference. I also leaned into the power of community — connecting with others on a similar #glowupjourney reminded me I wasn’t alone in this process. Good mental health is the foundation of any glow up, and while setbacks are inevitable, they don’t define us. Remember, a true glow comes from balancing self-love with self-care, and trusting the process even when progress feels slow. Keep pushing forward, and let every challenge fuel your transformation.
