Predicting babies gender…

My first pregnancy was a girl, I was moody, had HG, salty and sweet cravings, carried her higher and less frisky.

My second pregnancy is a boy, definitely in a better mood this time with very minimal mood swings, very dry skin, had HG again, crave sweet and salty food, carrying him lower and more frisky.

I found out the gender at 14 weeks by ultrasound but before that I totally thought I was having a girl!

Common tales include cravings—sweets typically signify a girl, while salty cravings suggest a boy. Other signs involve the mother’s mood and physical conditions. For example, it's said that if you're moody, you might be having a girl; if you're happier with fewer mood swings, a boy could be on the way. However, it's essential to remember that these tales lack scientific backing and are not reliable methods. The most accurate gender prediction methods are medical procedures like ultrasounds and blood tests, which can determine the baby's sex as early as 9 weeks through a blood test or 14 weeks via ultrasound. Ultrasounds performed around 20 weeks are more common but may reveal the baby's gender sooner. Adding to the fun of gender prediction, many parents enjoy sharing their experiences on social platforms, which can lead to engaging discussions and emotional support. Have you given any of these old wives' tales a try? Share your predictions and outcomes with others navigating the journey of pregnancy! Whether you believe in these predictions or not, the anticipation of discovering your baby's gender is an exciting time.
