... Read moreUrinary tract infections (UTIs) are common yet uncomfortable conditions that affect many women. Taking proactive measures can significantly reduce the risk of UTIs. The first step is maintaining proper hydration; it’s crucial to drink at least 2.7 liters of water daily to help flush bacteria from the urinary tract and dilute urine, which discourages bacterial growth. Additionally, proper hygiene practices are vital. After using the restroom, always wipe from front to back to prevent transferring bacteria from the anus to the urinary tract. After sexual activity, urinating can help eliminate any bacteria that may have entered the urethra during intercourse. Also, opting for breathable cotton underwear can keep the intimate area dry and reduce irritation. Avoiding scented hygiene products and using those specifically designed for feminine hygiene is important as well. These products can disrupt the natural pH balance and lead to irritation. Alongside these practices, consider incorporating supplements like probiotics, Vitamin C, and cranberry extracts; these have been shown to support urinary health and help prevent UTIs. By following these practical guidelines, you can take control of your urinary health and reduce the incidence of UTIs effectively.

drink apple cider vinegar at the first sign of a uti‼️ 2 Tbsp with a dash of ginger and tumeric, diluted with honey and water to taste. It can clear them up and helps reduce the pain and stop any bleeding if done early. also taking d-mannose can help flush out the bacteria and you can find it in the Walmart supplement section 😭
