You may have experienced deep feelings of sadness on and off (for others more on than off). This could be the way people have treated/ spoke to you that formed a trauma in trusting others. You could’ve been played or betrayed by the same people you thought you could trust. You may actually be experiencing rock bottom energy.
You know what happens when you’ve hit rock bottom? It’s only up from here. Despite whatever situation you may be dealing with. The only way is to push through and move forward. It may be time to talk to someone about these issues (therapy).
This pain is temporary even if it’s been lingering for a while. You may have even been through the worst part of it already but now you’re dealing with the aftermath of the situation. I’m feel a sense of fragility instead of getting proper care.
For someone, you could be craving something deep and meaningful and it hurts that you haven’t found that in someone or something yet. Like spiritually there’s wealth but on earth there may be a lack of love or support.
You do NOT have to lower your expectations you just need to change your environment. Join a social group, there are plenty out there. You need to find a space where your physical and spiritual body are connected.

This sense of sadness will lift when you feel safe and comforted and stable.
You could be feeling wronged, misjudged, misunderstood or unsupported. It would be nice if the love you gave out came back to you huh? Divine timing is at play. And i know you hear that phrase often. But that means it’s coming but not right away and not in the form you think it’s coming. It’s unplanned and unexpected.
I’m currently listening to “4 letter word,” by Diggy Simmons. And this may not be in the sense of a relationship but I feel like it’s spirits way of saying that they love you and they are with you even if you can’t see them. It’s a feeling(like spidey senses). They love when you spend time with them. Even if it’s a thought or vibing out to music and singing spiritual praises. They love that ish lmao.
It may be time to change up the routine. Being stuck in a pattern can feel boring. So add something new to your day to day routine. Spirit wants you to stay moving. When things get stagnant and you start to ponder you may get caught back into that sadness. I’m not saying distract yourself. Do uplifting things. Like when I’m down I listen to uplifting music.
You’re about to go through a deep transformation or a spiritual awakening that there was light within and around you this entire time.
