BMA Pet Registration Review How to do!?

According to a previous post we shared about taking dogs, cats to bury microchips 💉, today we will be together about pet registration with the BMA. 🥰

- Owner ID card

- Register of the house where you live.

- Letter of consent from the landlord (case of residential tenancy);

- KS.1 Certificate (more details below)

- Vaccination credentials (if available)

- Vet sterilization surgery credentials (if available)

- Power of attorney (in the case of substituting others to file documents);

What is a KS.1 certificate? 🤔

📑 is a document that the veterinarian signed to certify the microchip implantation.

🔸 when you took Jess to bury the microchip at Mega Bangna Animal Hospital, the hospital issued a KS.1 certificate.

🔸 the hospital where we took Olaf to bury didn't give us the KS.1 certificate, so we're going to have to take this part back to the doctor to sign it again.

🔸 KS.1 documents can be requested at the BMA veterinary clinic or can scan QR code.

🔸 recommend to contact the clinic or the hospital before burying the microchip if you can issue a KS.1 certificate or have to prepare this document yourself.
