I have been M.I.A (this is not an ode to the rapper) for some time now and though I apologize, imma tell you the reason why…

It’s because I created a Club at school, working, doing homework for my design classes, and… you guessed it, spending all of my God given money on ✨books✨

You see, this extensive list that I have for you is my proudest work thus far and I wanted to share it with you. Can I?

Aside from my highly annoyed mother being bothered by the ungodly amount of books I buy a week and the closet that is running out of space, everything is just fine. Though I may need to go on a brief spending hiatus, I present:

1. CURRENT READ - Block Shot by Miss Kennedy Ryan

*if you remember my last book review, you remembered how Kenan was husband no. 1,239,372, I meannnnn number 12? Well this guy, Jared is already acting like a loser BUT I feel a redemption coming on. Wish me blessings 🫶🏾🩷

2. The All Saints Series by L.J. Shen

*Pretty Reckless

*Broken Knight

*Damaged Goods

*Angry God

—> Walmart is really the plug for this

I haven’t started any yet but I can’t wait (I luvvv purple so I feel like damaged goods will be my fav)

3. The Kingmaker by Kennedy Ryan

- OKAY! I know this was on the TBR on one of my posts BUT I haven’t started and have been putting it off. I will start when I can.

4. Legendborn by Tracy Deonn

- Now, this is my first fantasy/sci-fi baby and I lowkey started and haven’t had time to finish it but it has me hooked which is a good sign. This book is hyped a lot, though I don’t like really things that are hyped, it’s well deserved.

5. RECENT PURCHASE… LIKE TODAY TYPE RECENT —> The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene

- So I have this book on my phone and I’ve never read it so imma give it a try. Funny story, I went to B&N today for a journal and saw this and said YEP, I NEED THIS NEOWRRR 😡😅
