I think it is difficult for infants because it feels like sitting on a wooden chair without a backrest and eating. 4.5 years old can go without problems. There are no toilets around, so I think it would be better to finish it at a commercial facility. There were many things with a strong taste, but my child ate a little ramen and oden deliciously! I went to a stall that I thought would be absolutely difficult with children, and I had good memories with my family again 🥰

「東横イン天神」や「東横イン 福岡」で探していると、候補が多くて迷いますよね。私も最初は“天神周辺の東横イン”で検索して比較しましたが、屋台目的なら結局「東横イン博多西中洲」がかなりハマりました。中洲の屋台エリアに徒歩で行けて、帰りもタクシー要らず。夜遅くまで食べても、体力的に助かりました。 立地の体感としては、天神南駅が近いので天神で買い物→夜は中洲の屋台、という流れが作りやすいです。中洲川端駅も徒歩圏なので、観光の拠点としても動きやすかったです。ホテルに戻ったあとに「ロビーも廊下も清潔だな」と感じたのと、ベッドがふかふかで翌朝までぐっすり。屋台で歩き回った日は、睡眠の質が旅の満足度に直結するのでここは大事でした。 無料朝食は“簡単に済ませられる”のが魅力。朝から人気店に並ぶ予定がある日も、ホテルでさっと食べて出られるのは便利でした（混む時間帯を避けたいなら早めが安心）。 同じく比較に出てきやすい「ホテルルートイン博多駅前」は、博多駅を起点に新幹線や空港アクセスを重視する人には強い選択肢だと思います。一方で、屋台（中洲・天神周辺）をメインにするなら、夜の“徒歩で帰れる距離”がかなり効きました。私は“屋台→即帰宅→お風呂→就寝”ができて、翌日も元気に観光できました。 子連れで屋台に行く場合は、行く前にトイレを商業施設などで済ませておくのが本当におすすめです。屋台は背もたれのない椅子が多いので、乳幼児は難易度高め。うちは4〜5歳だと問題なく楽しめました（味が濃いめのメニューもあるので、取り分け前提だと安心）。 まとめると、東横イン天神・東横イン福岡周辺で迷っている人ほど、「屋台を主役にしたいなら西中洲」という選び方が刺さるはず。観光の拠点にしやすく、抜群の立地で“中洲を楽しみながら食べる”旅が叶いました。
