Life doesn’t work like that. We all have our seasons. Meaning we will get all the desires of our heart in due time. In the mean time, we just have to do the work. When I’m feeling anxious, I do these things…Relax, Release and Rest..
Relax-calm your mind, create a state of relaxation.
Release- to set free. write down your thoughts.
Rest- get at least a good 8 hours of sleep.
