For those considering a similar step, I suggest starting small: limit your daily scroll time, unfollow accounts that don't add value, or designate specific offline times during your day. Sharing your plans with friends or followers can also offer accountability and support. While I’m leaving most socials, I’m still active on Instagram and Ko-fi where I share content that’s meaningful to me.
