I've realized that sometimes the best choice is to prioritize our wellbeing and find new platforms that foster positive interactions. Transitioning to Instagram isn’t just about switching apps — it’s about creating a fresh start and reconnecting on a platform where I feel more in control. For anyone facing similar challenges, remember that social media should support your creativity and happiness, not compromise it. If an app or account causes repeated stress, don’t hesitate to step back or explore other spaces.
