Homemade Coffee Creamer ✨🖤

I’m slowly trying to cut out artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and natural flavors. Making my own coffee creamer was easy and fun!

-half and half about 1.25 cups

-sweetened condensed milk (pour to your preferred sweetness)

-splash of vanilla (this is also a great time to add any other flavorings you might want)

-shake or stir in an airtight container

This is not meant to be healthy. It’s still cream and sugar at the end of the day. In moderation it’s fine! I’m just trying to limit the artificial junk and chemicals as best as I can. I’m not perfect:)

Start with basic ingredients like half and half and sweetened condensed milk for creaminess and sweetness. Consider experimenting with different flavor combinations by adding vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, hazelnut extract, or even seasonal spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. This not only allows you to control the sweetness but also ensures you're using high-quality, real ingredients. Additionally, if you are looking to make a lower-calorie version, substitute regular sweetened condensed milk with a lighter alternative or adjust the ratio of ingredients based on your preferences. The beauty of homemade coffee creamer lies in its versatility! Store your homemade creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Shake well before each use to mix the ingredients, as natural separation may occur. If you're looking for unique dairy options, consider brands that offer 100% real milk and cream, like the Land O’Lakes Farmer-Owned brand, which emphasizes no artificial ingredients. Explore options available locally or check online for quality brands that cater to your tastes. Make every cup of coffee special with your personalized creamer!

Artificial sweeteners are worse for you than regular sugar... my endocrinologist told me to stay away from artificial sweeteners... better to use least amount as possible real sugar then artificial sweeteners....
