My postpartum redemption part 2

Officially 13 weeks postpartum and 4 weeks back in the gym. Am I tired? Yes. And I sore? Absolutely. But I feel so much better doing this. It improves my mood and helps with the day to day stresses that come with parenthood. This comeback isn’t about getting my body back, it’s about feeling good again. This comeback is personal.

It is possible to have a good postpartum story. I know because I’m living it. My first postpartum experience was a nightmare, but it was an experience I’ll never forget and now I can work daily to be my best me so that doesn’t happen again.
