These arts aren't just about self-defense; they've truly transformed my life. The discipline, the mental fortitude, the respect for myself and others have become core values. Physically, I'm stronger, more agile, and have much better body awareness. Mentally, I'm calmer, more focused, and better equipped to handle stress.
