Key Yunnan elements—mushrooms, steam pots, wild herbs, and mule caravans—are turned into brand graphics, visually telling the story of “flavors from the mountains.”

From the restaurant’s moody, earth-toned storefront to illustrated bags, coasters, and social media posts, every touchpoint blends local culture with modern dining aesthetics.

雲南は中国の多様な民族文化と豊かな自然環境が融合した地域で、山野の恵みを活かした独特な食文化が根付いています。特に「YUN YE TABLE」では、松茸や牛肝菌、汽锅（蒸し鍋）、折耳根（野生ハーブ）、野山椒など、地元ならではの食材を用いて、山の味わいをそのままテーブルに届けることを目指しています。 私が初めてこのような雲南料理のブランドに触れた時、その自然素材を活かした料理と、温かみのあるデザインが印象的でした。店内の色調は深い森緑やアースカラーでまとめられ、手書き風のタイポグラフィやヴィンテージ調のイラストが、まるで山里のゆったりした暮らしに誘うような雰囲気を演出しています。 また、ブランドの提案として掲げられた「スローライフ」のコンセプトは、現代の忙しい食文化へのアンチテーゼとも言えるでしょう。食材を採取する過程や料理の提供に至るまで時間をかけることで、味わい深く、記憶に残る食体験を創出しています。実際、私もこの店の料理を味わった際、自然の風味が豊かで、食事を通じて雲南の山野の風土を感じることができました。 さらに、店舗のブランディングでは、空間デザインだけでなく、持ち帰り用の袋やコースター、ソーシャルメディアのビジュアルまで一貫した世界観が展開されており、消費者にとってブランド体験が一段と深まります。このようなトータルな取り組みは、山野食材の素朴な魅力を現代的な感性と融合させる一つの好例です。 今後もこのような地域の自然や文化を尊重しながら新しい食の価値を創造するブランドは、国内外からますます注目を集めるでしょう。食を通じて自然とのつながりや五感で感じるスローライフを体験したい方には、「YUN YE TABLE」はぜひ訪れてほしい場所です。
